Help us out. See this thread, it is still active.

House staffers were the ones being blackmailed. Some of them were having, or had had sex with Foley as a page. These people were later promoted. The only way to disrupt such a scheme is to get to the heart of it.

So... I ask again, did Foley go on junkets with congressmen, pages or staffers?
