2. Well something is up
When I lived in Palm Beach County, Foley was always there with Bush when he came to town. Foley was always doing Bush's bidding for him.

So for the Whitehouse to not allow him to attend functions and appearances seems like the administration wanted to put distance between themselves and Foley.

Now the question is why?
