I do believe that if one believes something strong enough, it is possible to will it into existence, or create an outcome. I believe there is something there. But I also know that there is nothing wrong with being prepared for the worst. I give rove every benefit fo the doubt, and I think we all should. If a rove scheme fails to materialize, we are not the worse off for having been prepared.
