3. Repubs can't win elections on domestic policy
and now they've royally effed up foreign policy. Dems should be nailing them on both.

A psychologist gave a talk recently about how they can't ever win on issues so they push voters' emotional buttons.

1) FEAR!!

2) Superiority, morally and otherwise

3) Jingoism disguised as patriotism

4) Danger from many groups to your "special" way of life

5) More fear, distrust, particularly of foreigners

I wish I could find my notes with the URL for his website on it. His presentation was excellent.
