57. Someone needs to explain to Sessions...
that the fact that judges get lifetime appointments is the EXACT reason we don't want Alito on the SC.

I suppose we should just count it progress that Sessions left his sheet at home for this little screed. Is there a single wedge issue he hasn't brought up?

I'm so tired of hearing Rethugs whine about activist judges when it is rethugs who are forever redefining the constitution to limit our rights as citizens.
