The point is it started a really gut level discussion
of where the class divide is in this country

You had a few who really got it:
The really rich don't have to work
and are playing us off against each other
so we don't go after them

Many, who discussed the the relativity
of differences in the cost of living
in different localities

And posts like mine
offer the perspective
of those, like me,
who live on the next to lowest
economic rung of our society
(the lowest reserved for those
who don't qualify for govt asst.)
as insane as that sounds.


All in all
whoever said it
it's been an enriching thread for many
(even though no money changed hands)
as attested by the number of recommendations
it has rung up.
