Really, does he do this on purpose or is he truly as dumb as a pile of rocks? What does it say about the American people that they voted for someone to be their president because they weren't "threatened" by his intelligence and thought he'd be a great guy to have a beer with?

I want my president to be smarter than me. Is that too much to ask?
