I once worked for a high tech manufacturing company that used lots of solvents, etc. in the process. They put the used solvents in big haz mat barrels at the end of each day. One day, some genius dumped a bucket of distilled water in the barrel. They had to evacuate the building, the buildings nearby, and many residences around the perimeter of the company property. Solvents plus distilled water created hydrogen gas . . .
