5. I sure hope your right, Crew.
And I hope they see through the BS that anyone who wants out of Iraq doesn't want to fight terrorism. All day yesterday, Bush and his operatives hit the airwaves hard, equating the war in Iraq with the war on terrorism. I get infuriated by that because the violence in Iraq is almost all Sunni against Shia.

The American media never have told the truth that foreign terrorism over there is insignificant compared to the internal religious strife. For the longest time, all we heard was Zarqawi, Zarqawi, Zarqawi. Then, when they killed him, within a day they tried to start pushing the name of his so-called terrorist successor. But--oops!--it turned out that the guy they named as Zarqawi's successor had been cooling his heels in an Egyptian prison for some time.

Now, they don't say so much about foreign terrorists there but they want us to keep believing their lie that Iraq is "the central front in the war on terror." It's funny how yesterday's events in London exposed that lie. Yet, it's also yesterday's events that Bush is now using to continue pushing his war in Iraq.

Will people see through it, Crew? I'll say it again: I hope you're right.

Gotta run some errands. Nice to see you here, pal!
