Just reported on Cabal News. Anything could be packed into a shipping box, addressed to Grandma in Skokie, and then detonated from the passenger compartment.

The obvious answer is to strip search grannies and cheerleaders, and leave the cargo hold alone. After all, we wouldn't want to interrupt commerce!
