2. Well, he seems to support Joe
It's hard to be positive given the polling but Jack was asking what it means for a man of Lieberman's "stature" to be losing. Stature? Yeah ok. He also thought that when Joe called Clinton to task for the Lewinsky affair on the Senate floor during the impeachment lead-up, that it showed real character or some such.

He thought it funny that Clinton's appearance on Joe's behalf recently hasn't helped him any.
