17. Totally IGNORING the fact that the VP is not LEGALLY "in the loop".
Under US law (AKA "the Constitution"), the Vice President of the U.S.A.
is officially in charge of NOTHING!

The VP has the duty to break tied votes in the Senate,
and that's it. Other than that, he actually has less
legal "authority" than your local DOGCATCHER.

In a SANE USA, a USA that actually cared to enforce ALL the laws,
Cheney's admissions would be grounds for the IMPEACHMENT
of George W. Bush.
