Why is George W Bush considered a "great" president by some people?

And some say that he is the "greatest" president - and I'm not talking about Stephen Colbert. There are actually folks that believe he is the greatest president of all time! Greater than Washington. Greater than Lincoln. Greater than FDR. Greater than Jefferson. How do you explain that?

Is it because of his great prowess as a Commander in Chief? Well, we haven't been attacked since 9/11. Of course, do we need to remind you of who was in charge on 9/11? Or is it because he has given the greatest taxcuts to the wealthiest 1% ? Or is it because he has run up the greatest debt in the history of the nation? What criteria do they use to judge his "greatness"? Could someone answer that?
