What is a "concern troll?"

I recently used that term and got a thumbs-up from a fellow DUer who had, apparently, never heard it before.

It's not necessarily in common parlance, but I think it ought to be.

Here's some instances of its usage, from Kos:

and I'll quote:

"I am a lifelong Democrat but I just feel the party is being damaged by association with Howard Dean/Russ Feingold/DailyKos"

"I don't know why you're so upset. I only called you a big-assed whore because I'm so worried about your health."

I thought the term deserved a DU thread of its own. Can you come up with a really solid definition of your own? Here's the best I can do on the fly:

Concern Troll (n): One who professes complete faith in the progressive cause, who deliberately works to destroy it by claiming falsely that our displays of courage and strength are actually a weakness.

Anyone got anything better?
