says to me they may have had difficulties getting Rush’s doctor to cooperate with them in terms of testimony and evidence provision."

Difficulities as in the doctors being threatened, perhaps? I mean, doesn't doctor shopping involve MORE than one doctor? And what about his having enough pills to be suspected of having intent to distribute?

"...He’ll likely have to check in with a probation supervisor in a regular basis, where he will have to pee in a cup in front of said supervisor...He’ll also have to submit to...his supervisory officer...randomly show(ing) up at his place of work, at his house, whatever, and make him pee in a cup.

"...He oughtn’t be allowed to be in places that serve alcohol...nor should he be taking any prescription medication without informing his supervisor...He’ll also likely have to refrain from having any alcohol or other potentially addictive substances in his home...

And he’ll be required to...to ask permission for travel or schedule changes that will take him outside the agreed-upon curfew hours."

Rush with a curfew? Unable to attend events where alcohol is served? Having a supervisor show up at his home or job for random drug testing? Having to get permission to leave his home town or county? Can you seriously imagine any of these things happening? Put another way, in view of the terms of the plea bargain, why SHOULD we imagine any of these things happening?
