this attack to the Duke case, forget about it. These boy definitely did it. No ambiguity here. They're pointing fingers at each other, and there is at least one witness. Having said that, my sympathies do lie with the victim of the other case. I just don't think you can mention these two cases as if they're similar. I'll hold off on any judgement in the rape case, despite my sympathies. In this case, I don't have to defer judgement. The two boys are guilty. Period.
