Meanwhile, the freeper's heads are exploding over this notion. They are in denial, claiming that it is(of course) only the MSM that is claiming an arrest. Sorry freeps, but when you get a mugshot taken, it is only for one reason, you're arrested. Besides, if he wasn't arrested, why in the hell did he have to most that bond?

And I agree, this is a disgustingly light sentence, going to show once more that those with money and power walk while the rest of us get the book thrown at us. But there is another question that perhaps some enterprising soul can undertake. Having been arrested before when I was young, I'm fully aware that two things are included with your arrest report. Any alias' that you've used, and your entire criminal record. Now we know that back in Rush's Philly days, he used the alias of Jeff Christie. We also know that a Jeff Christie was arrested during this same time period for homosexual pandering. Has anybody gone through Rush's arrest report and dug this little gem up? For if this were to be done, coming on top of a drug arrest, it might just pry some disgusted ditto heads away from Rush and send his show into a tailspin:shrug: If nothing else, it would be amusing to watch even more ditto heads explode:evilgrin:

Wonder if the Smoking Gun is going to get a copy of the arrest report. Might make for some interesting reading.
