Tip for those on diet programs:

I just heard this. If you're doing one program and you get bored of it, rather than starting to "backslide," simply stop doing that one and be prepared to switch to something else! So simple, I can't believe I haven't heard this one before. Now, obviously you can't switch back and forth between programs on the same DAY (heh) but the idea is, be prepared to start getting a little bored with your diet at some point and have another diet program "ready to go," at least mentally, so you don't fall back when you're bored.

Brilliant! and so simple.
