There has not been a lot of activity in this forum recently, but it has helped some people quit, myself included, and I want you to have that help too. If I were you, I would read through some of the existing older threads in here and there will be some information on the patch and antidepressants also. You can pick through that information and if you have any follow-up questions, I'm sure it would be all right with most people if you sent a Private Message asking about their experience. If you get someone who doesn't want to help, just move on without agonizing. It's their issue, not yours, you know?

There is a recent thread about someone wanting to quit with spouse who is not quitting. Maybe you two have some things to talk about.

I didn't use the patch, but still this forum was an extra incentive to actually quit smoking and I hope it can encourage you too. Let me know if I can help.
