So where do you live?

If you fel comfortable sharing this on-line pls share. I'm curious as to what the climate is like in your community, city, state, etc. for interracial, mulitiethnic family/couples?

Are you happy where you are? Have you ever wanted to move someplace else?

I'll get things started--

We live in Southern California. While couples and families like ours seem to be growing in numbers it still seems to be hit or miss in terms of the social climate. Socal still seems to be rather segregated, particularly in the Orange County area. Which is weird to me. When in Anaheim one can see a great deal of diversity. But OC is still the area (rarely) that we may encounter a look/stare, etc.

Our immediate community we never get looks or stares. It's pretty diverse here but it's still too Repub for my personal taste. LOL!

We LOVED being in Northern California over a year ago to visit family. We saw lots of people that looked like us and it was SO friendly there! We would love to move there! We have discussed moving and are still considering it.

Bliss :)
