56. Your moon is very strong in Capricorn
and has PLuto heading right for it. THAT's the story.
A "sense of insecurity in my marriage" is PROBABLY PL heading to your sun wanting you to want more!
You need to deepen the marriage and IT HAS TO BE REAL, or uh oh.
If you work towards deepening it, it'll get great, but neither one of you can fake this one.
A Taurus Sun, with Cancer rising and Capr moon makes you VERY HESITANT to change. YOU must be willing to change, don't hang on to the pseudo-comfort of home. It must become real, not just a haven. It must be a RELATEtionship. Pluto demands that from within.
You're no stranger to PL as it squares your ascendant, so you should do ok.

I advise you to make sure of what you are saying to people if you're just starting to read. Just now am I OKing it to my students who've been with me 54 weeks. WHY? Because people take you as if it's written in stone and take anything that "hints" of being negative as being a lifelong curse.

This stellium landing right on the cusp of your 9th is a MAJOR symbol of new, encourage, soul-searching and philosophical growth.
TIme for a long distance trip too. Hard for you to get away with your sun/moon/asc
good luck
