22. A shift from material wealth to happiness would be good.
Americans are truly missing what closeness and sharing in a community is. They get a little of it from belonging to churches, but it's not like it happens in other countries. The one thing that I really missed about Chile when I lived there was the closeness and sociability of the Chilean people to each other. There was never a day that people didn't stop by our house for afternoon tea or that we maybe went to someone else's house. There were also the events that everyone in the community participated in like weddings, baptisms and sadly funerals, but it was as a community.
