6. Ouchie! Gallbladder attacks are the worst!
Sorry you went through the pain, Dora. That happened to me a couple of years ago--I found out much later that my attack was so bad I should have gone to the hospital. At the time I had no idea. Mine was stress induced as well (18-month-old not sleeping, full-time job, 50-minute commute, etc. etc. etc.) I had other, smaller attacks (just twinges in my back), also stress induced. Interestingly enough, mine went away after I removed the stressors (quit my job, moved out of the boonies).

I did do a liver/kidney flush, but not in response to the gallbladder attack--it was just something my holistic m.d. recommended for weight loss and removal of toxins (clean out the insides). It was a whole package, but I can't remember the name of it. The liquid diet was a powder that tasted like fruit punch. Did that for a couple of days, then started adding in some other liquids, then solids.

It was okay. Lost 5 lbs. but gained them back (of course). However, I was glad that I detoxed.
