I've narrowed them down a lot. I used to think they were solely based on sinus and allergy issues. After having a successful sinus surgery and alleviating that aspect, I feel now they are related to my cycle and pms.

I started having weird cycles about a year ago, with all sorts of exacerbated and more intense symptoms than I had prior.

I've really had to be my own health detective. My doctors haven't been helpful, including ob's and gynecologists.

Because I've been so diligent about seeking out answers on my own, I feel closer now to help than before.

Now it's just a matter of getting in to see those that are willing to run tests outside of the usual ones--tests that can pinpoint such issues. :) Unfortunately, those kinds of docs have long waits to see them. Fortunately too--in the sense of they must be doing something right or there wouldn't be so many people waiting to see them! :D
