I have asthma and found that ephedra tea helped me but it's hard to get it these days because of those who abused it for recreational use. Living out in rural areas has lessened my attacks to only a few a year because of the fresh air. I too eat a lot of honey and it helps a lot too as well as coffee if I feel an attack might be coming on. Of course I'm never without my rescue inhaler.
