This is 4th density and the vibrational quality has already begun. If you watch how "the people" respond to disasters and the like, how they automatically come together and help one another. This is a glimpse into 4th density behavior. However, the governments of the world are resisting the uniting that wants to happen in the masses. 2012 is the critical mass for this energy to permeate the globe as well as the solar system.

Recently, Saturn and Neptune began to take on different states of luminesence. There are signs that this is happening all throughout the solar system.
