Same deal except you make the pud from scratch (easy! 2 eggs, 2 tbsp corn starch, a pinch of salt, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 & 1/4 cup half and half, 1 tsp banana extract, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 small or 1 large nanners sliced... put the sugar, corn starch, & salt in the top of a double boiler & whisk together, pour in the blended eggs & milk, and whisk constantly over medium heat for about 10 minutes until it thickens, then add the extracts & nanners and remove from heat) and pour it over a few whole nilla wafers in each cup, and plop another whole one on top of each cup before putting them in the fridge to set up.

The Darling Husband's very FAVORITE dessert, and dead easy to make. That recipe fills six small custard dishes or four larger stemware glasses if yer bein' ellygant.
