The company I work for has an LGBT area on a message board

Which I have just been asked to own.

Only problem is that in a company of 8000 employees there are only about 5 of us who post anything. (Company is based in California with worldwide offices).

One of the big reasons I don't start more threads is I can't think of any particular problems related to LGBT issues at work. All our policies are very LGBT friendly.

Any ideas for how I can encourage more participation? There is an anonymous posting method and I have offered to post on behalf of others so there's really no excuse.
