4. Dan Keating, a co-author of the Seattle Times article ran a conspiracy,

called the Florida Ballot Project. Keating, a co-leader of the Data Analysis Working Group which crunched the numbers from the NORC data, joined with his cohorts in claiming Florida 2000, happened because of voter errors.

By assuming that, they exonerated Katherine Harris, Jeb Bush, Theresa LePore, et al, from any blame in the Stolen Election 2000. They blamed blacks and seniors for everything.
