What makes this even more unique is the fact that the numbers are based on the amount of registered Reps/Dems for the political candidate. It has nothing to do with how anyone voted.
If you find a reoccurring pattern there can only be two possible answers; is it random or not random?
I’m seeking answers to the following questions,
1.) What are the chances of neighboring precincts containing the same ratio?
2.) What are the chances of neighboring precincts containing the same ratio AND sharing the same location name?
3.) Have the patterns occurred before in Florida?
4.) Do other states share similarities?
5.) What are the tabulators involved?
I think it is suspicious because if I were a hacker the results shown would be part of my signature (from a bad hash code).
Now, you can literally switch the totals so Bush gets Kerry’s votes but what happens when Republicans are a minority in the precinct and receive 3 times more votes than Democrats?
Anyone with enough programming skill can write code to change numbers BUT in this case you will need to maintain a safe margin and make it appear random.
If you want to have your hacker code do it automatically it will need to know the amount of registered voters for the corresponding political party. Having this key information is the only way to remain under the radar.
This is just my theory; a malfunctioning machine is another possibility.
