Out of curiousity...
How many respondents would have to be oversampled in order to overstate the repeat Bush voter category by 4 million votes?
(I guess we would use the 13660 for this)

Would it be..
122.26m / 100 = 1.2226m
4 / 1.2226 = 3.2717%
13660 * 3.2717% = 447?
