Would have helped Delay, Sessions, and also padded shrub's so called "mandate". Texas would not have gone blue but who would think to look at TX for suspect shrub votes??
There is an urban-rural thing going on in TX...Austin area went blue, Dallas was 2% from going blue, Houston's county went purple, El Paso area went blue.
