[Time for change]

I thought of "election fraud" and "vote fraud" as synonymous, but I understand that some people might take "vote fraud" to mean that the voter is responsible for the fraud. I never thought of it like that before, and that is certainly not what I meant to imply, or what the velvet revolution is about. The main reason that I used that term this time is that I wanted that mission in the title of the post, and there weren't enough spaces for "election fraud".
