Sorry, it's a little hard to read but:

Bush = 55,639,374
Kerry= 60,133,269
Nader= 1,693,762
Other= 483,595

Even on the plus and minus 3.0% sample error Kerry takes the majority vote. So why isn't the vote declared invalid?
