ASSUME N=1000 PRECINCTS.

ASSUME THAT 20 UNIQUE PRECINCT PAIRS (40 PRECINCTS) HAVE IDENTICAL PERCENTAGES (WITHIN ONE TENTH OF ONE PERCENT)

THAT IS A DIFFERENCE OF 1 OUT OF A THOUSAND, NOT 1 OUT OF A HUNDRED AS YOU ERRONEOUSLY CLAIM.

WHAT ARE THE ODDS THAT FOR EACH OF THE 20 PAIRS, THE PRECINCT-ID NUMBERS WOULD BE ADJACENT TO EACH OTHER?

CAN YOU ANSWER THAT ONE, SMART GUY?
