Mulroney has very good political 'antennae' whereas Harper has none. This speech by Mulroney was a two-fer, imo. He showcased the fact that, unlike Harper, he will NOT be silent on praising our universal health care system making Harper looking like the 'privateer' that he is. The second thing he did was mention, with praise, other leaders from the NDP and the Liberals while never mentioning Harper at all. Double whammy to Harper.

There is NO peace treaty between the Mulroneyites and the neocons, the war is still on.
