44. Thanks for your research mojowork_n!
Here's a few links related to another extreme RW character that I'm researching former Wisconsin Congressman Charles Joseph Kersten, Chairman of The House Select Committee on Communist Aggression, and a leader of the World Anti-Communist Steering Committee-Kersten was an Eisenhower White House "psychological warfare" advisor.

Also a contemporary of Joseph McCarthy as well as involved with "former" Nazis that were operatives of various intelligence organizations.

The " enemy lists" compiled by a whole range of folks from John Edgar Hoover to Richard Bruce Cheney were passed around from generation to generation.

Charles J. Kersten was a big part of that. Here's his Wiki bio.

Namebase has a Kersten social network page that is much deeper.

Right Web has group watch profiles on a couple of the organizations (American Security Council, Western Goals Foundation) that were associated with or spun off from some of Kersten's career-both overt and covert--this included those "lists" which have continued to expand.

Third World Traveler also has a page related to some of the history of Kersten in the context of Reagan and Iran-Contra.

"Growth of Reagan's Contra Commitment"

More about Charles J. Kersten later.
