That LBN is old news to a lot of us here in Wisconsin, where these policies and programs were operationalized with Tommy Thompson and his faithful few, aka the privatization gang.

I hadn't intended to post more about this aspect of Wisconsin, but since it's LBN here's a bit more on the developmental history of what Giuliani is touting.

Among the key people with input into Wisconsin Works/W2 and similar programs (i.e. voucher schools) is another leading neocon that has stayed in the shadows (as these policies and programs harm the vulnerable and taxpayer's) Jason A. Turner.

Direct from The Heritage Foundation here is Jason Turner's page.

Yep, Tommy and his crew put an end to welfare for the poor (I'm don't deny that there was need for reform-these criminals looted and targeted racial and class minorities for "special handling" replicating phases of what the Nazis and Stalinists did imo) and put themselves in charge of redistribution of whatever they could get their hands on.

One of the major private companies involved in these programs is the organization that began with David Mastran, Maximus Inc.

Yet the most accurate predictions came from critics.

Even with the stonewalling and backlogs of cases involving corruption in this extreme RW criminal administration there was some progress made, if we call a verdict and a "settlement" progress, involving Maximus Inc.

businesslawyersandsettlements.com noted on 7-23-2007 that Maximus Inc is even considering selling itself.

That's enough for this unanticipated post, as a response to Mr. Giuliani's recycled Wisconsin based garbage-picked up from the NY days of Michael Joyce, Jason Turner and many others as noted in this developing thread about Wisconsin's Nazis, neocons, OC and black ops.

P.S. we still don't have a State budget, and millions have been given to companies like Maximus, Inc. and many others that took that money and left (example-the State's software programs and network upgrades contracts).

on edit: Maximus, Inc. self-reported lobbyists for 2006 were Barbour, Griffith & Rogers and The Jefferson Consulting Group
