16. Is it 1960? Wow, his picture says it all. This was back in September.
I wonder what the current situation is. I hope things are improved, although I can't imagine how awful it would be for that family to live in that awful neighborhood. On the other hand, I'm sure they don't want an asshole neighbor to chase them off. I'm guessing most of the homes in that neighborhood are ranchettes of about 10-20 acres so it's not like they are right on top of each other.
