18. nor do you need to be sane, stable or cognitive
I'm actually quite liberal about owning guns but there does not seem to be any logic or reason to how we allow the purchase of such a powerful device. and, yeah, if a person with criminal intent wanted a gun he'll find a way to get one just like a crack addict finds his crack.(not saying guns are like crack) but, to me anyway, it seems that there is intention to the miriad of unenforced or toothless gun laws. One side can bloviate that there are thousands of "gun Laws" that aren't even enforced so no new laws are needed against the other side screaming that existing gun laws are worthless since they neither reduce or deter gun violence. This is what Moore tried to explore in Bowling for Colombine, in Canada there are as many if not more guns per capita but like 1% the gun violence. There is alot about America's culture that breeds the notion, solutions can be found at the end of a gun.
