7. Obama is the first "internet" president.
He's the first real internet using president. And this is no small thing.

I'm as excited about Obama as I am about what the internet has done for humankind. It brought all of our minds together into one great mind. And what that has done is bring doubt, controversy, evil, anger, happiness, comparison, agreement, love together. It has knocked off the spikes and peaks, and created a more uniform and unified world. And then there is Obama. The conductor. The man and brilliant woman who will bring fruition to this symphony of minds.

It's early. I've been very sick for days with an agonizing migraine. I've been unwilling to celebrate this period in our history. I've been full of cynicism that one man can't bring, or worse, WON'T bring justice and truth back to reality. And he can't reverse some of our problems. But. But. There is a "but" in my mind. One that says that we can do something. And will do something. We don't even know what it is yet. Justice and truth and caring for each other and the planet. Something along those lines.

I'm also feeling it. Turn the page.
