6. I'm many times have we heard this?
You're telling me a press that bought all the lies leading about Iraq, skewered Clinton and Gore about ridiculous crap from haircut-gate to "I invented the internet," has said almost nothing about how Halliburton has raided the Pentagon's goodie chest, gives Bush a pass on all his verbal gaffes, willfully ignores how bad things are in Afghanistan, makes no mention of where Osama Bin Laden is, has done next to nothing to inquire as to how unprepared the administration was prior to 9/11, makes no mention of the barbarous nature of several countries supposedly helping in the "War on Terror" (Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc), is suddenly going to become a willing participant in going after Bush?

I don't mean to be rude, but have you been paying attention the last four years? The press is Bush's lapdog. At this point, Bush could be caught with a dead boy and a live woman in bed and the press wouldn't say anything..or, at the extreme, would frame it in terms like "The Bush Sex Incident - Are Liberals Making Too Much of It?"

Nothing's going to happen. I've heard the refrain "Bush is going to get it now" a thousand times on here and a thousand times the people proposing it have been wrong, wrong, dead wrong. It's nice to dream, but this isn't going to happen.
