Feminists have taken back the "b" word, African Americans have taken back the "n" word, gays have taken back the "f", "d", and "q" words--and they have become symbols of power and positive identity rather than the negative thrust that the other side meant them as.
Obama should embrace his name, use it often, and shut his critics up.
