Obviously he is trying to persuade the roughly 1 in 5 Democrats that have not responded to partisan arguments and who, for whatever reason, are not yet voting for Obama.

Now how does attacking Bill Clinton help us get those recalcitrant Democrats in Ohio and Pennsylvania that polls, even today, show are still there?
