6. Yeah
Team Franken has convinced that the best way to get the Crusader Bush would be to turn himself in at the Democratic Convention and they keep him hidden until the Republican Convention and then spring the capture at the very moment George accepts the Republican Nomination.

But seriously now. SOme of the things we have not heard come from a number of people who are on Kerry's team who once had an active part in the Bush Administration. I was expecting a great deal more from Rand Beers when he came over to the Kerry camp, and Joe Wilson, but they have really been ominously quite, while Beers is an important part of Kerry's Foreign relations/National Security advisory team.

It could be that they are putting together a more accurate and relaible picure of the events that lead to 9/11 that the Bush administration cannot wriggle out of becaue they beleive they have been very clever at hiding the traces of what they have done. Perhaps they have uncovered evidence that Bush and his advisors actually did know that all of the intelligence that they used to justify going to war with Iraq was unreliable and can prove that Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz knew the info was completely unreliable. Perhaps they have memos sent to Bees adn Wilson that cant be relaease because they could be brought up on charges of publishing documents that were classified and could endanger national security if they were made public, so they are seeking ways to circumvent this issue.
I know that Beers and Wilson and Clarke have years of experience in Foreign Relations and National security, and even more experience in the Washington Network meaning they know how perform a political screwing without revealing one iota of their plans prior to doing so.

After all the way the Bush Administration has been able to get away with so much has been by keeping all such information extremely secet, know only by the highest and most secret points in the communications network of the administration. The only people who were told everything are the people who are at the top and still with Bush, therefore have the most to lose if there are leaks.

But a basic tenet of criminal science is that no crime ever occurs without the criminal leaving something of themselves behind at the scene, and the criminal always takes something away from the scenec of the crime with him. Kerry started as a prosecutor, and a damned good one, from all accounts. If there is evidence that can be follewed back directly to Bush, Kerry is the man to do it. Edwards legal expericen will not hurt in that area either, as essentially, Edwards legal experience was the exact opposite of Kerrys, he was acting in defense of victims of a crime, in a sense. comitted against an innocent person by and insurance company, a hospital, or a doctor.

If they go after the Bush Administration with an eye towards dealing with this as a legal case against the Bush Administration, and ut togetther very solid evidence, they can win this one easily.
