52. sending broken machines to polling places, not having emergency ballots = criminal
PA requires emergency paper ballots. There werent' any in Obama favored polling places.

People were turned away from the polls - that should never happen.

This could have been prevented by the counties obeying the SOS directive to
have emergency paper ballots on hand as many states do,
and also by supplying WORKING machines and plenty of them to the
polling places.

This is a typical Ken Blackwell strategy of sending plenty of machines to
certain polling places, and few but broken machines to select polling places.

Believe what you want, if that fits your special version of reality.

Its real. It happened. Of course a Rendell controlled SOS and media isn't going
to tell the truth.

We find that all the time with e-voting fraud. All the time.

Indiana is next, it will be even worse than PA.

They peeled 1 million voters off the rolls since Nov 2007.
