Currently only American companies are eligible for contracts, or loot if you will. Kerry intends to "end Bush's discriminatory contract procedures" and share the loot.

Not too hard to figure out. After all we're pissed about this being a war for Halliburton profits, would you be less pissed if it was a war for Dutch Royal Shell or BP profits?
