for that to happen is for all parties involved to quit giving the flag power by their misdirected hatred of a symbol which was used by a standing army. I believe hatred only serves to fuel more divisive hatred. I also believe the powers that be use these faults lines or divisions of the American People as a means to maintain power for their own self serving corrupt agenda.

I keep thinking of the fable of the bet between the Sun and Cold Wind as to who could convince a walking man to take his coat off. The wind blew with all it's might and the man only clinched his coat more closely to his body, when the Sun's turn came, it just let warm rays reach the man and in no time he took his coat off.
