50. It doesn't come across
that way. You sound like you want to express your contempt for a group of people who are opposed to Senator Clinton.

The primary season is always strange on DU. I know that you know that. There are people who favor each of the candidates in the democratic primaries; there are people who wish another candidate would announce; and there are people who haven't made any choice yet.

More, there are people who oppose each candidate; some who oppose all democratic candidates; some who are primarily focused on specific issues, such as ending the war, or impeachment; and people who simply are here to vent their pathologies.

Senator Clinton seems to cause strong reactions. Many people really like her; many people really dislike her. That is as true within the democratic party as it is in all of the country. It is fair to say that there is a good chance that she will be our party's nominee in '08. Thus, it is important that the discussions regarding her -- both pro and con -- remain out in the open. It may be that the discussions here will only influence the thinking of a relatively small group of DUers -- those who are not strongly pro- or anti-Clinton.

But that is an important group.

I think that most of us post things that we later view much in the manner of a baseball pitcher who tosses a bad pitch, only to see the opposition slam it. I am more prone to doing that when I am tired, frustrated, and cranky. I suspect that the same holds true for you.
