His campaign should have thought more DRASTICALLY and bought a block of time on every network like Perot did.

But then, Kerry DID win, so when anyone points to swifts as if they beat Kerry, well, they DIDN'T.

Kerry won. The weak Dem party infrastructure was not able to get the votes he earned secured and counted. And they had FOUR YEARS to work on it armed with ALL the knowledge gleaned from 2000 hearings on election fraud - yet, somehow, the fraud WORSENED, even as the DNC was assuring voters and candidates that they were dealing with it.
